What would happen in London were to become independent post-Brexit? How do you create a world that seems laughably impossible, yet somehow almost plausible, and  make it feel real? This is part of a series of designed artefacts that pinpoint the imagined, speculative narrative of London becoming independent post-Brexit. 

A Greater London State passport must be carried by London citizens on all journeys 

to the UK, including train journeys. It is later replaced with an e-Passport that is incorporated into the Greater London State Citzenchip, a breakthrough in biotechnology.
