Here is a simple little gif animation I did, I though I would still go through the steps, to show what my process is and how I try to use the best of each software to achieve that :)

Starting by the sketch and color research in Photoshop:

Clean-up of the design in Illustrator, then hair animation in Animate: 

Creation of the background in Photoshop for the design, and After Effect for the animation. Then I bring all my different parts in After and I create the final comp with the scrolling anim of the plants, and a mask for the shape of the window :)

And done!
