I spent five months in Finland doing a semester abroad. During this time I learned a lot about the country, the traditions, the people, the work, the food, the nature, the neighbouring countries. I collected all memories and experiences in four booklets, covering different topics. What they all have in common is, that the pages are arranged in chronological order. 

The hours of sunshine per day differ greatly depending the seasons. The page's clear color scheme is inspired by that. When I arrived in Finland, the days were very dark and with every day they got longer and brighter, which means that in each booklet the pages change from darker towards brighter background colors.
