Combines the two topics »failure«(to founder) and »entrepreneurship«(founder) in one book. Which is split into two big chapters with separate spines and was created by Philipp Schwabe & Daniel Sailer.
Several articles, statistics, surveys, opinions, interviews and other useful resources give an overall impression about how people deal with failure. This behaviors from affected persons are analyzed and the underlying mechanism identified.
In the second half of the book the requirements for companies in general, for their success and the possible reasons for bankruptcy are examined. Furthermore interviews with failed entrepreneurs and founders show ways how to ease the handling with failure for employer.
The deeply personal and emotional topics are combined with colorful illustrations and arranged in a book which offers approximately 200 pages.
