This is a brand my husband and I started. He designed and built the machines, made the recipes for the food and I did all the design. We started doing markets and shows selling our smoked pulled meat buns. (pork, chicken and brisket) It was a hit! We then bought a food truck, and called it THE TUB. She was super cool and branded up Smokezi style. The brand was strong and eye catching! We also created a bunch of rubs, spices, wood pucks and wood chips that we sold.
