Go Vote BR
Go Vote BR is a nonprofit whose purpose is to give
awareness to the Baton Rouge community about the importance of voting in elections.
The logo has two versions
- circle with tagline
- no circle with tagline
The focal point of the logo is the Baton Rouge state capitol building
that represents the many elected officials office. By having the text wrapping around
the building represents the power or effect your choice in voting in elections have upon the
outcome of policies and decisions made for the community.
"Your vote is your voice" is the tagline that emphasis this message. Voting is using your voice
to choose how you want the community to be governed and changes made based
on the political opponent. "Go Vote BR" is stating that the residents of Baton Rouge to go out
and vote for the representative that a person feels is the best choice.
Colors. Colors. Colors.
The colors that was chosen was red, white, and blue
- the same colors as the American Flag -
There is a standard black colored version of the logo.
Since Go Vote BR is a political nonprofit, it is fitting that
the colors have a link to the country of origin, United States.
