School Project 2018, Art School of Buda
Metamorphosis - the natural process by which a creature develops after birth. The process happening when a pupa becomes a butterfly. Have you ever felt the same happening with you, in your mind and soul? I do. This is what I tried to reflect through art.
My concept was to visualize the stages of the soul's blossoming in a symbolic way. The phrases are the natural results of this transformation which helped me a lot through my life.
The project builds up of an illustrated and a typographic part.
For the illustrations I made watercolor paintings which then modified and layered with the vector graphics.
For the typography I used a dot-style font. I took the letters apart and played with them a bit to form abstract shapes.
