My own idea on Photoshop interface - done just for practice.

Here's a closer look. The extra tabs on top of the "blending options box" would save some time with adding layer properties and adjustments, also "This document" thing is a good idea IMO, like, a good layer-style locker for those who use same layer styles multiply (especially us, UI designers).
