The Target Canada Program is one of the biggest, most aggressive commercial roll-out programs in history.
The successful completion of 75 stores required non-stop communicating, managing, strategizing, planning, tracking and documenting. Stantec peaked at 120 full-time staff nation wide in order to understand and develop new processes and workflows unique to Target. As a project coordinator, my role was to ensure the delivery of a fast-paced commercial program with the following client expectations:

- Collaboration with US consultants
- Production of high quality models and drawings
- Tender-ready drawings at permit
- Meet Permit and Bid Set Issue dates with no addendums
- Receive all required permits prior to contractor mobilization
The first round of stores opened in March 2013.
