What is the meaning of 'tradition'? It can be something totally invented? What is the base to create something with a deep connection with a particular culturale space?

During the happening organized by the class, local food producers, and Ca’ Romanino foundation and volunteers, we bottled and sealed the liquor made with Ca’ Romanino’s plums. A simple fruit, the plum, is the pretext to point out the value of things related to time. We constantly dive in a stream of images that lie about themselves. We want to fight against this stream, paying the right attention to things, to understand and appreciate their essence, their slowness, their sincerity. The observation, a different act far from the sight, gives a different awareness, linked with the context where the things comes from, underlining its real identity.

The label realizes, identifies, and fix; it is the physical representation of the new tradition. Not something finished: it develops a never-ending space, that together with the register that we give to Ca’ Romanino means the expansion of the time and a new attention for a particular aspect of the identity of the place.
