​PINE TEARS is an experimental organic material made using natural pine sap resin for binder. pine sap was harvested in a lithuanian forest, near my home. during the material making process, pine sap was melted down and mixed with other organic ingredients like crushed charcoal, chalk, natural wax and wood dust
​PINE TEARS is a set of materials alternative to synthetic substances - these materials are waterproof, malleable and completely solid when they get cold. these materials can be used as a natural glue to combine multiple components into one and to cover the surface, they can also be moulded while still warm or used as a solid material. these materials can be melted down and re-shaped again and again
