CRISIS of CONFIDENCE
This playing card deck was concepted around Jimmy Carter's 1979 speech Crisis of Confidence. It was a condemnation of the nation and our over focus on things and consumerism. Each face card has a different event, invention, or moment of significance that drove America to this point between 1969 when we landed on the moon, to 1979 when President Carter delivered his speech.
