Development of "Cazuela", a book whose main objectives are based on the patrimonial rescue, in this case the traditional dish. The book was approached from a perspective with a significant level of rhetoric, establishing an important artistic look of this dish.

The Cazuela is a mixture of many ingredients from different cultures, and it was developed against a constantly shifting rhythms in the reading of full editorial piece.

Work and complete development of the book, included research, information gathering and development of texts. It was done in conjunction with Alejandro Armstrong, Diego Fuenzalida, Hernán Madariaga y Matias Salas.

The font used on the book was Chañar, designed by Felipe Estay Miller.

Desarrollo del libro Cazuela, cuyos objetivos principales se basan en el rescate patrimonial, en este caso del tradicional plato. El libro fue abordado desde una perspectiva con un nivel importante de retórica, estableciendo una mirada artística de este importante plato. La cazuela es una mezcla de muchos ingredientes provenientes de diversas culturas, y frente a eso fue desarrollado como un constante cambio de ritmos en la lectura de la pieza editorial completa.

El trabajo y desarrollo completo del libro, incluyó investigación, levantamiento de información y desarrollo de los textos. Fue realizado en conjunto a: Alejandro Armstrong, Diego Fuenzalida, Hernán Madariaga y Matias Salas.

La tipografía utilizada en el libro fue Chañar, diseñada por Felipe Estay Miller.
