Sanskriti School is an Indian public school that was established in 1998.
The school has designated Clubs for multiple disciplines that host various inter-school competitions.
In 2018, I was given the opportunity to design the logos and the branding behind these clubs.
Viridian : Chemistry & Ecology
The name Viridian stands for a natural aquamarine pigment. Taking a stock photo of a leaf, painstakingly tracing it and making a benzene ring border resulted in this design.
Neutrino : The Physics Club
The stroke profile of the orbits were slightly modified to give a pseudo 3D look. The semi solid ring surrounding the diagram was an accidental choice stemming from the frustration of adding something unique.
Mudraa : The Dance Club
In Sanskrit, Mudraa stands for an intricate movement or positioning of the hands or fingers in Classic Indian Dance forms. The cultural heritage of the club is portrayed by the Kataka-mukha, a popular mudraa.
Overtone : The Music Club
In music terms, an Overtone signifies
a musical tone which is a part of the harmonic series above a fundamental note, and may be heard with it.
The final product is a clean emblem fit to display all across concert settings.
Alpha : The Mathematics Society
Taking inspiration from many 36 Days of Type projects, a simple maze was constructed. Having worked with many gradients, I stuck to a responsive and modest two tone design here.
