If a user enters their phone number / one-time-password wrong, a friendly and theme-relevant page comes up to tell them something's wrong.

After signing up, users are prompted to enter their profile information in the next step. Tooltips help them along. On the right side of the page, we tell users why we are asking for the information we are asking. For example, their address will be used to suggest hospitals and labs and doctors closest to them. This ensures that users never lose trust, and never think they're disclosng information we don't really need.
