Preserving History with Home-Sharing in Jerome, Arizona
I worked with the Goldwater Institute on this project to promote home-sharing, both in Arizona and as an example nationwide. Below, you'll meet Glenn Odegard, who brought a historic house back to life and starting setting up short term rentals...at least until the city got involved.
