'KOVALLAM' was inspired and taken up as the name for the restaurant because it serves South Indian cuisine also Kovalam is a beach town by the Arabian Sea in Thiruvananthapuram metropolitan area, of Trivandrum City Kerala, India.
The logo was inspired from rangoli, "kolam" which is traditionally made in the houses there and also gives an essence of the theme.
