Telecable es una empresa de telecomunicaciones de capital 100% costarricense. Sus principales servicios son internet y televisión por cable, tanto a hogares como a empresas. Tuvo un crecimiento exponencial en planilla en los últimos años, lo que hacía necesario un alineamiento de los nuevos colaboradores con la cultura Telecable, y un re alineamiento de los colaboradores más antiguos. Este crecimiento además motivó el cambio de instalaciones a unas con más espacio para todos. Estas instalaciones debían reflejar la cultura Telecable, además de elementos de marca como la innovación y frescura de una empresa que siempre está a la vanguardia. Se definieron los valores y comportamientos concretos y se redefinieron y simplificaron la misión y la visión. Procedimos a plasmarlos en el edificio nuevo, determinando los lugares estratégicos para colocar cada mensaje y elemento de marca, de manera que la cultura Telecable fuera palpable en el ambiente de las nuevas instalaciones y el mensaje de su importancia estuviera siempre presente.
Telecable is a costarrican telecom and cable company, with it's investors being 100% local. Their most important services are home and enterprise internet and cable T.V.. They had an exponential growth in its payroll during the last years, so they had to create a new allignment of the company values with their new collaborators, and a re-allignment with the older ones. This growth also motivated new buildings with more space for all of them. This buildings had to reflect Telecable's culture, and also brand elements such as innovation and freshness of a company that's always on the leading edge. Company values and concrete behaviors were defined and the mision and vision redefined. We then proceeded to depict them in the new building, defining the strategic placement to put each message and brand element, so that the Telecable's culture was palpable in the environment of the new premises and the message of it's importance was always present.
