This was a school project where I was required to create a new logo for a real estate company. I went through the whole creative process starting from, meeting with the client to creating and presenting the final mockups of three logos. The client (the professor) ended up choosing the logo shown below. The logo is simple but yet sophisticated, exactly what the client wanted.
