Project Brief:

The purpose of this project is to provide comprehensive care to patients at a hospital. It is intended for use by Hospital Staff, specifically Residential Doctors and System Administrators. The Residential Doctor, who resides in the hospital, will oversee patient care and provide direction to other staff such as nurses and Head Nurses. The System Administrator will be responsible for maintaining the data of the system developed. The project began with user interviews, and this is the initial version of the task flow.
Ward Doctor:

The Ward Doctor is a highly trained medical professional who is responsible for overseeing patient care at a hospital. They are typically senior members of the medical staff, with several years of experience. They are available in the hospital at all times and are dedicated to providing the best possible care to their patients. They typically work long hours, often under high pressure, and they need to be able to make quick, accurate decisions based on the information available to them.
System Admin:
The System Administrator is responsible for maintaining the data of the system developed. They are typically experienced IT professional, familiar with management of large databases, working with various software and applications. They are detail-oriented, have strong analytical skills and problem solving abilities, They have to ensure the system is running smoothly, troubleshoot and perform regular maintenance tasks to improve performance and security.
