After creating the basic structure with wire, we start moulding the face with paper strips dipped in a solution of flour and fevicol.
For features like the nostrils, lips, eyeballs etc (protruding parts) - i have used tisue paper dipped in the same solution.
Since my wire frame was showing through i needed to mould cheeks, i started to add extra layers of tissue paper...
