Ronald McDonald House BC wanted to refresh their identity to reflect a home away from home. To do this, we collected textural images that represent the comforts of home and combined them with familiar iconography representing family. We also used photography that emphasized positivity without shying away from the reality of the situation. These elements combined with friendly, uplifting typography and a childlike palette of watercolour textural backgrounds helped create a new identity system that conveys the primary purpose of RMHBC: to create a home away from home.
