One of my girlfriend's favourite flowers is a Harebell and, at the time I painted this, I was feeling particularly inspired by the digital painting techniques used by veteran Disney animator, Aaron Blaise, so I had a go at painting a little critter than incorporated all of these things and this little fella is the end result.  I'd also just got myself a shiny new desktop PC, so it was a good opportunity to put that through its paces too.
