Communication Objective:
Create awareness about the digital service journey with a 1 week long campaign activity

Insight: 
An average Indian is busy hustling from 9-5, ticking off his task list, where bank jobs are listed first, however is ticked off maybe weeks later.
This is because reaching out to bank for the smallest of things may get harrowing.

Concept:
Services that earlier required you to go to the bank are now available online.
Because… With Standard Chartered, banking anytime, anywhere #KyunNahi!

My role: To brainstorm with the creative services team to come up with idea and then creating a series of animated visuals for the week long campaign.

The creatives for the campaign are as follows:
1. Block stolen or lost card
2. Update Profile Details
3. Replace damaged cards
4. Request cheque book
5. Status Enquiry
6. Download e-statement
