Dashboard UX Case Study

B-One Associates is a digital marketing agency which needed a dashboard to keep track of their internal sales processes (previously done and all the future sales/assessments to be made).

Understanding the problem
Who would be the target audience using it?
What would all the necessary features be?
What would be the scenarios under which the dashboard would be used?
What would be the frequent features that would be used?

Who would be the target audience using it?
Well, the people using the dashboard are the internal team members of the company (sales department) to keep a check on all the leads.

What would all the necessary features be?
Just to keep the basic functionality simple all the features were jotted down that would give the team members a quick overview of everything that is important.
- Monthly sales
- Leads converted
- Leads in Pipeline
- All the revenue streams
- Stats based on date
- All the tasks in queue
