Design Statement
Modern furniture designs today promote functionality and simplicity, while being inspired by the 'modern', we felt that the designs were short of a detail that could add more interest and excitement to the piece, without altering the overall form.
Our table brings together the rational, clean-cut form found in modern furniture- the 'hexagon', with the organice free-forming detail inspired by nature- the 'fissure'.
