生肖版本市民卡以生肖为主，通过多种考虑选择了中国品种的狗（中华田园犬）作为原型进行设计，以蹲坐的姿势展现其聪颖忠诚和通人性的特点，通过曲线进行形状分割，使其视觉效果更加美观。字体设计了以祥云与字意相连接，更加贴切字意且生动传达。整体背景为温和的低饱和度的色彩，给人视觉上以温暖亲近，通过字体和图形增加新年的气息，并加入了苏州代表性的扇形窗的元素，体现苏州特色。
Zodiac version citizen CARDS with Chinese zodiac is given priority to, through a variety of considering the breeds of dogs in China (the Chinese rural dog) as a prototype design. It presents its intelligent loyalty in squat posture and the characteristics of human nature. The curve shape segmentation makes its visual effects more beautiful. The font is designed to connect cloud with the word meaning, which is more appropriate and vivid. Overall background of low to moderate saturation color that give a person visual sense with warm close. The fonts and graphics increase the flavor of the New Year that joined the suzhou representative fanlight elements, reflects the characteristics of suzhou.
