The years 2013 - 2014 were respectively mean towards me. A lot of twists and turns, majority of losses in many areas of a normal life.

I had started these quotations back then based on for what I was going through to vent off, with a strange choice of a medium, on facebook cover images.

A while later on the reactions to the images grew stronger in a way that either people started to relate with the problems vaguely described or wondered what was really wrong. After dealing with the situation and the life itself and having enough amount of complaints for myself, as soon as I reached surface to breathe, I have realized that I could bring these into a collection of prints or sorts to mark an era in my life.

The title "Series of Unfortunate Years" became self explanatory with a little wordplay.
