Commissioned window display for Spekti - watch store (Porto, Portugal).
SPEKTI are exclusive distributors in Portugal of an array of both up-and-coming and well established minimalistic watches brands.
The brief was to create a colorful and dynamic window display, celebrating the arrival of the Spring season – also to enter a spring window display contest promoted by Associação dos Comerciantes do Porto and Câmara Municipal do Porto.
In order to keep in line with SPEKTI's client segment and brand value proposition, the project focused on creating a dynamic and exciting window display, that could grab the attention of passers-by from a long distance, and showcase the product in a meaningful way.
The project is named “Spring Explosion” because of the myriad colors and shapes emerging from Spekti’s logo center point. In order to convey a stronger sense of movement and momentum, several shapes were cut out and placed in different layers, creating a depth of field visual effect, guiding the eye around the window display as it would around a watch display.
