《凶心人》是基斯杜化·路蘭執導的一部心理驚悚電影，講述一個患有短期記憶喪失的人，他用筆記和紋身去追捕一個他認為殺死他妻子的男人。這部電影的剪接和敘述凝聚了非常有力的緊張感，這部電影由兩個時間線組成，一個是倒敘式敘述並使用彩色影像，另一個是正常敘述的黑白影像。 觀眾會不斷思考這些影像，並試圖找出它們之間的關係，這可以幫助他們能夠代入當人們患有短期記憶喪失的情況。
封面設計代表著這個故事的剪接和敘述，直接撕掉表面，但其實結局早已知道。而不同顏色層次的紙張營造出一種氛圍，吸引讀者深入了解這驚悚故事。 此外，我使用了很多對白來幫助讀者了解關鍵故事，並且將倒敘式敘述的一些頁面顛倒過來。我使用信息圖表說明了在倒敘式和正常敘述故事線之間一個時間線，以幫助讀者更易明白這故事的由來。
Memento, a psychological thriller film directed and written by Christopher Nolan, is about a man suffering from short-term memory loss, uses notes and tattoos to hunt for a man he thinks killed his wife. Editing and narrative of this movie has a lot of tension in it, this movie consist of two timeline, one is colour sequence and a flashback story telling, the other is black-and-white sequence with normal narrative. Audiences will keep thinking back those sequences and try to figure out the relationship between it, which can help them to engage in situation when people have short-term memory loss.
Cover design is representing the editing and narrative of this story, rip off the surface straightly since the ending is already knew. Different colour levels paper create a atmosphere to attract reader dig deeper. Moreover, I use a lot of scripts to help reader know the key story and some pages was reversed because of the flashback story telling. I create a timeline between flashback story line and normal narrative story line to help reader clarify the story.
