This design was created for the band 'Ladies Love A Superhero' and was built around the theme of their album title, 'The World Ends Tonight'. The idea i had was to produce a retro/minimalistic style that was consistent throughout the artwork and the brand itself. The eroded circles represent meteors and comets hurling towards the earth, which is displayed on the same cover as the city skyline below.
