В данном проекте, на примере свиного мясного продукта,
я хотел привлечь внимание к проблемам, связанным с мясным производством.
Вмененные санкции - очень крутая возможность развивать производство отечественной продукции, ее качество. К сожалению, сама продукция пока говорит об обратном. Покупая в магазинах мясные продукты, зачастую приобретаешь не только субстанцию из неопознанного сырья, непонятного вкуса и запаха, но и дополнение в виде железных предметов, стеклянных осколков, насекомых и прочих удивительных "бонусов". И всё это - за баснословную сумму. В такой продукции ни пользы, ни вкуса. Всё качество катится в минус к отметке "отвратительно". Проблема в том, что массово портится здоровье населения из-за неправильного питания.

Одновременно задумываешься о животных на производстве, условиях их содержания. В голове картины крайне нелицеприятные. Само собой, это животное для продукции, которую в дальнейшем подают на стол. Но мучение животных и отношение "всё равно на убой" - это далеко не малозначимая проблема.
В самой работе изображен эмоциональный эффект с завышенным ожиданием и, как следствие, разочарованием. На ярком примере я хотел изобразить то, что на самом деле приобретает потребитель, надеясь отведать вкусный, полезный (или хотя бы не вредный) полуфабрикат.
Дизайн-проект призывает отечественных производителей прийти к определенному решению:
либо сконцентрировать основное внимание на качестве изготавливаемой продукции из натурального мясного сырья и построить такую модель бизнеса своего производства, где основополагающей целью будет честное имя фирмы, а не финансовая нажива; либо задуматься об изготовлении качественных и не менее полезных продуктов-заменителей белковой пищи (бобовых, соевых, злаковых), без обмана потребителей и мучений бедных животных.

Хочется гордиться нашими производителями и их качественной продукцией. Тогда мы сможем доказать отечественному потребителю, что "наша" продукция - это вкусно, качественно и полезно. Тем самым мы покажем импортным фирмам и забугору, что наш рынок - правильный и стабильный. Даже без их участия и вмешательства.

In this project, as the example of a pork meat product,
I wanted to draw attention to the problems of meat production.

Buying meat products in stores, you often get not only a substance from unidentified raw materials, with incomprehensible taste and smell, and also an addition from metal objects, glass fragments, insects and other amazing "bonuses." And all this - for a fabulous cost. In such products, neither benefit nor taste. All the quality is rolling down to the minus and reaches the "disgusting" mark. Population's health is deteriorating because of malnutrition, that is the problem.

At the same time, you think about animals in production, the conditions of their maintenance. There are extremely impartial pictures in imagination. Of course, this is an animal for the product, which is then served on the table. But the torture of animals and the attitude "all the same to slaughter" - this is not an insignificant problem.
In the work itself, an emotional effect with overstated expectations and, as a result, disappointment is depicted. On a vivid example, I wanted to depict what the consumer actually acquires, hoping to taste a tasty, healthy (or at least not harmful) semi-finished product.
The design project encourages domestic manufacturers to come to a definite solution:
or focus on the quality of manufactured products from natural meat raw materials and build a model of their business, where the fundamental goal will be the company's honest name, not financial gain; or think about the production of quality and no less useful products-substitutes for protein foods (legumes, soybeans, cereals), without deceiving consumers and the misery of poor animals.

We want to be proud of our manufacturers and their quality products. Then we can prove to the domestic consumer that "our" products are delicious, high-quality and healthy. Thus, we will show import firms and foreign exchange that our market is correct and stable. Even without their participation and intervention.
