🌚 TASK
Local stationery shop adds a new department for creatives. They already have website and your job is to design the best way to implement innovations to get more profit. 
STEP I (understanding my goal)
The goal of creating a new department in the Store is to remain competitive. The store is interested in gaining new customers and also wants to expand the opportunities for regular customers. We can make it by covering this points:
- provide an updated range of new products
- provide better way to client service
- make new customers more loyal
- create new branding line 
- increase social media involvement
All of these mini goals can cover our customer's main goal - get more business profit by being user-friendly and stayin' trendy.
STEP II (define the audience)
Existing audience:
Regular customers 
   - office workers
   - teachers
   - students
   - parents
Wannabe audience: 
- Artists
- Art students
- Art schools
STEP III (context and needs) 
customer CONTEXT:
- Exiting customers can purchase stationery commodities online or at physical store. Office workers and teachers prefer to shop online 'cause they have to-shop-list. Parents/students shops from time-to-time, more often in a hurry (end of summer, school projects).
- Wannabe audience choose to go to physical/online shops for creatives to get some paint and brushes. They need specific materials and most of the time they buy them in different places.

Emotions: 
uncertainty, exhaustion for parents and students; irritability, bewilderment for creative gang. 

NEEDS:
- pleasant service
- quality goods
- minimum time spent
- confidence in the right choice


USER STORIES:
👨‍👧‍👦 as a parent, I want to spend a minimum of time getting the right things 'cause I want to get the best goods for my child 
👨‍🎨 as an artist, I want to have a large selection of quality products in one place without feeling need to shop in another place, so I can do my job 100%
👩‍🎤 as a student of summer art courses, I want to buy all the necessary materials without making stupid mistakes and buying excess goods, so I can successfully start my art projects 
👩‍💻 as a shopper for art classes, I want to be sure that I haven't forgotten anything from the list so that all classes begin on time and without difficulties
👩 as an art newbie, I want to be sure that next time I'll buy quality materials for a certain drawing technique and get a decent result​​​​​​​
GOALS:
- User can easily and successfully buy any supplies
- User know what he need to buy. No mistakes required
- User can easily choose between product knowing their worth and quality
- User can handle any situation in minutes
- User encouraged to trying new things
STEP IV (IDEATION, PRIORITIZATION)
We will work on digital part of task: graphic interface (smartphone, tablet, desktop)
We can design:
1) new category to existing website
2) new special block with creative stuff and prompts
3) redesigning all
4) online consultant to existing site
5) new category + chatbot to existing site
We chose Idea 5. It fits best to our user's goals
STEP V (Solving)
Defining tasks:
- registration
- select category
- search
- select product
- adding to favorites
- adding to the wishlist (visible on social media)
- adding products for comparison (quality, worth etc)
- adding to the cart
- adding application for specific items
- share in social media
- order and payment

MEASURING SUCCESS
Task completion time
It takes 5 minutes to order office supplies and art stuff from art newbie.
Engagement
New customers use Chatbot in 90% of the cases.
Revenue
The new functionality will increase the company's profit by 15% in the first months.
