Poster design for Akira Kurosawa's epic tragedy film "Ran", inspired by Shakespeare's "King Lear". I tried to reflect the dark tone through the film expresses an unmercifully fratricide fight between three brothers aspiring to the throne of their father, lord Iditora Hichimonji, without any atisb of glory, honor or sensitivity to familiar ties. A must-see.
