Origami Birds - surface pattern and product design

This is one of the very first ever patterns that I created for fabric. It was an offbeat take on a houndstooth pattern using origami birds instead of the more typical "broken checks".

I created two different colour ways for this design, black and blue, as well as two different pattern scales which I played around with to create different looks for the various products.

I printed this design onto fabric and turned it into various handmade products for my brand, Handmade By Me.
