乾坤之下，行天地四时，阴阳之属，始万物动静。

浦江县西北山区，距离县城二十公里处，大畈乡，海拔三百到六百五十米，最适宜茶树种植高度，只有产自这片核心基地的春季新茶才能被称作真正的东坪高山茶。

参天大树，苔藓毛竹，自然稀有的生长环境，决定了东坪高山茶独特的口感和韵味，为了保障茶叶的最佳营养，东坪高山茶的采摘只有春茶一季，秋冬能量的储藏，将在这一季中达到充沛，并常年秉持一芽一叶的采摘标准，短暂的采茶期仅仅一个月的时间，东坪高山茶的形成，是自然的参与，温度的影响，环境的因素，更是养茶人对道法的坚持和守候。一方水土，一味好茶，一年一茶。

The nature of yin & yang，beginning with the origin of the universe，realizes it' power anywhere and anytime. With such nature, the mountain area of Dafan township, 20 km away northwest from Pujiang County, is the most suitable place of tea planting with the suitable elevation between 300 to 650 meters. Only the early spring tea produced from this core base can be called genuine Dongping alpine tea. It is the rare natural environment where growing towering trees, mosses and bamboos, that determines the unique taste and flavor of Dongping Alpine tea. In order to ensure the best nutrition of tea, Dongping alpine tea is picked only once a year in spring season, and the standard of picking only one bud from each leaf is held year in year out. The energy stored in autumn and winter will be abundant in this season. The tea-picking period is only a month. Dongping alpine tea is formated by the participation and influence of nature, temperature and environment, and especialy the adherence of tea growers to Taoism. Special tea from special place harvests only once a year.

天と地の4時に、陰と陽の属はすべての方向に移動し始めた。浦江郡の北西山岳地帯では、郡町ダグ郷から20キロメートルの標高300〜650メートルで、茶栽培の高さに最も適しています。この中核基地で作られた新しい春のお茶は、真の東平山茶と呼ばれることができます。茶を保護するために、高台の木や苔のようなバンブー、自然で希少な生育環境が独自の味と魅力を決定します。良い栄養は、春の紅茶の一シーズンです。秋と冬のエネルギーの貯蔵は今シーズンで十分であり、常に1葉と1葉のピッキングの基準を拾うでしょう。浦江 Teaの形成は、自然参加、温度の影響、環境要因であり、道教の茶栽培者、一人の水と土壌、良い茶の失明、そして毎年のお茶の持続と期待です。
