Orbit，灵感来源于天体轨道。整体是由三个同心的等直径等管径的金属正圆环，经过切割焊接构成，结构简洁、对称。其上以本白色棉绳进行手工编织，构成双曲抛物面形态的椅面，具有双层的参数化菱形网格。超过500米的编织尝试，奇偶交替、多维度穿插的使用，再加上打磨和抛光，最终产生了这件作品。尽可能地使用了低加工成本的材料，以践行可持续化设计的理念。
它并不具备其他多余的功能，仅仅满足我所认为的，一个好的凳子设计中所需要的两点：优秀的视觉体验和使用体验。
Orbit, a stool inspired by orbit. Its structure is composed of three concentric equal diameter metal ring, which is simple and symmetrical. I used white cotton rope to form the "Hyperbolic paraboloid"-shaped surface with the parametric diamond grid. Consuming over 500m rope, combined with sanding and polishing, the stool is eventually produced. At the same time, the material of low processing cost is used as much as possible to practice the concept of sustainable design.
It does not have any extra features, just meet the two points which I think important in a good stool design: excellent visual experience and user experience.
