About three years ago I worked in one advertisement studio. I was working there for kinda long time and I kinda missed the right time to leave. It was really hard time for me, I was almost broke and confused because of future and strange personal situation. In this job, I met one wonderful man. His name was Jakub and I knew him about a year before we started to work together. He was popular musician called Kittchen. We both were in hard situation personally and we both knew that we have to leave that job, because of atmosphere and globally bad situation. Jakub left about 3 months before me. So we both left the job but friendship stayed. We kinda pass by for about 2 years, he met women of his life, was gifted by the little healthy baby girl and then we met again. Now I´m not sure if we arranged the meeting or we just met in the bar but he asked me if I want to create something for his new music project called Zvíře jménem podzim ( Beast called fall). I immediately said yes. I was his big fan before and I knew this project will be great too! 

About 2 months passed by and we meet again. Jakub gave me a nice book with the story behind the whole project and awesome vinyl. I was amazed, totally! He asked me if I can create the ending of the whole album. Clip for the last song.

It wasn´t easy but I dived into the story, and slowly I get that my part of the story will be really hard and not so happy. I read the whole book, listened to the album from the first to the last song and I was trapped in the really hard job. The ending of the story was about a man leaving his past behind and leading to the nice bright future in the hotel in the mountains or in the asylum trapped and drugged in a straightjacket. At first, I thought that Jakub made a mistake because my style didn´t exactly fit this mood. But during the process, I get that the meaning and the ambivalence of the end kinda fits.

I was consulting the visuals from the first sketches till the latest edits with the Jakub and his fellow musician Ondřej. I´m glad that I didn´t disappointed them and they like the result. I hope you will like it too.

I was asked if I can create 360° CG stylized clip for the really long song. Technically it was kinda hell I was working alone, on one machine. I made a lot of mistakes in early stages and have to recreate huge amount of animations about two times... Guess how I fell 

I was rendering on my machine straight from C4D, all 6000 frames. In the end, one frame took about 15 sec. Below are screenshots from soft.
