Data Visualization
This example of data visualization uses simple icons and bright colors to better explain data compiled from a youth risk behavior survey conducted by the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction.
Alcohol and Other Drug Abuse (AODA) prevention and intervention data visualization infographic.
BEFORE: This was the document that was previously used to communicate AODA data.
Objectives
The goal of this project was to turn a two-page data report into a visually appealing one page data visualization.
Impact
The simplified infographic was well received as a communication tool to show that the grant money from the AODA was well utilized in the prevention of alcohol and drug abuse by Wisconsin’s youth.
Tools
Adobe Illustrator was used to create this project.
