I had the opportunity work with Facing History to create these three short films focused on bringing student essays to life. Utilizing folded paper, shallow depth of field, and camera animation to bring the viewer into a world formed from the text itself.
For this project I handled all visuals. Including: modeling, animation, rigging, lighting, texturing and rendering.
Below are the three finished films as well numerous stills from the project. You'll find everything from a WWII battleship to San Francisco's city hall.
