Kiosk for Planeta Kino

Project goal
Each of us got into a situation where the queue at the cinema for popcorn and drinks was too long. Sometimes because of this, we even were late for the movies. And of course, it is hard to stay for a long time in the line when your children are running around. 

This concept was developed by my team in Projector to create an application that solves the problem of long lines for popcorn and drinks in theaters. 

My role was to make User interview analysis, creating Personas & Scenarios on its basis, develop User Flow, Customer Journey Map, Low & High fidelity prototypes of the app.

We came to the cinema and made dozens of user interviews right in the queues at the cinema. My role in it was to write down the answers while users' interviews and to make the conclusions on their basis. After that, we've discussed it and formed several types of our users (mother with kids, couples, group of friends (teenagers, adults, colleagues) and started to create personas with their scenarios.

My personal task was to work with the Mother persona. I've created mom Svetlana Persona and described the Context, Goals, Pain, and Behavior. Then I've written the Scenarios.

After a long brainstorming with my team and analysis, we've made the main points of the mom Svetlana's User Flow. And I've done the User Flow Map for my Persona. After sharing our User Flow Maps for all our personas, we've singled out the most common and general points in our Maps that will suit every Persona type.
Here is the flow map that shows how our terminal is supposed to work.
