The original task was an installation about nations and their relationship with cars. I chosen Japan, there is a very specific kind of car, the kei car. This is a size (3,4m x 1,48m , 2m), displacement (660 cc) and power (47 kW) standard, introduced in 1949. This result very special constructions, shapes and ratios. I tried to catch these ratios and impressions with my installation object. My melting car shapes strongly inspired by Erwin Wurm's fat car sculptures. You can mount the object to any flat surface (I used floor and walls).
