Reuse Outlet is a furniture store that mainly focuses on restoration and refurbishment of old furniture. According to United States Environmental Protection Agency, furniture accounts for about 9.8 million tons of waste. They also state that furniture is the number one least-recycled item in a household. We usually rather just change the furniture instead of refurbishing it. Every time we see a new design, we want that design for our house, office or shop, but we fail to comprehend the fact that we can simply use the existing furniture and just refurbish it, reupholster it, re-paint it and it is as good as new.
Reuse Outlet team consist of creative designers that provide solutions for clients who are wishing to restore their furniture, with the latest trends in mind. While they do produce their own furniture that is made from recycled materials, they also have a workshop and technicians who can assist those who wish to get involved in the process of refurbishing (DIY) and “get their hands dirty”.
Many of us love to use tools, love carpentry, painting and want to create something new out of an old piece, but we lack the training, tools and space. Reuse Outlet provides it all. Customers can discuss with our designers, consult with our technicians and even sell us their old pieces of furniture.
Reuse Outlet is an eco-friendly outlet run mainly by solar energy and is equipped with many passive design technologies.
