This guide is structured in two communicative levels: visual and textual.
The first one is given by a realistic view of the spaces created through a photo collage showing the surrounding environment from the observer’s point of view in a given area, marked by a graphic sign. The navigation will be determined by some signs highlighted through colour.
The place has been divided through a series of steps that determine the connection to the communicative textual level which provides information about the place, the position and also provides, with a phrase book, the possibility to be able to interact in Italian when needed.
The guide is presented as a map in a folding format in order to be consulted on site or during the journey between two places. The places that have been analysed are the main rail station Termini and the airport Leonardo da Vinci of the city of Rome.
