The rainy season in Saigon is truly rainy. It rains from morning to noon, from evening to midnight. Wake up in the rain Saigon’s climate is like a switch, bone-dry is just one flip away from ever-wet. As hurried as the raindrops, thousands of wheels covered in colorful raincoats roll ceaselessly back and forth the city’s drippy face. Somewhere in the heavy pitter-patter, street cries still echo from the tireless feet.
They keep walking because in Saigon, the rain will dry for the sun will shine
