Brief: Working Well
4 in 10 people in the UK say that they don’t have any close work friends. ChatterBox is a service designed to foster more ‘non-work’ conversation between employees within office environments. Used by workers at break times, ChatterBox prints a question to initiate conversation between colleagues and then learns different things about each employee from these conversations to link like minded people together.
