This is an album for those of you who may love Gillian Welch, Duster, Modest Mouse, Neil, late night transit, and/or big yummy breakfasts. The band was looking to put something together that was kind of beautiful and kind of gross at once… or in their words, “warm and sweet and nice or something gross and stinky” and we thought that my oil painting "Sal/mon" would be a great fit for that. This album is very excellent so please go have a listen. Thanks for looking.

The title of the album was inspired by a local Toronto convenience store. The dotted pattern on the inside of the gatefold was meant to evoke the pegboards that you often see in corner stores. Aesthetically, it also plays off of the sparkly highlights in the cover art.
