Now, enough of christmas overeating and new years celebrations – we're in 2013!
Still, I wanted to show a little project my boyfriend and I did for our loved ones. We did two sorts of oliveoil, one especially for pizza and a seasoning oil. For out vegetable-lovers we made a caviar out of eggplants, something delicious that can be topped on grilled bread or as an appetizer on...ta-da: grilled eggplant.
The admiration of the design was a lovely way to end an exciting year.
