University is where lots of people can pretend they kinda-sorta-maybe know what they’re doing. But the students who get it together are the ones that ask questions.
That extends into the general obstacles of student life too. Because while there are policy docs and manuals to questions like, “I’ve been in a coma and I couldn’t make it to exams, what do I do?” (this was a real thing that happened at one of our universities…) they are long and can be difficult to interpret.
ACU wanted a short animation to suggest students use the Student Advocacy Service who help with qualms, questions and situations that arise with studying. We designed fluid settings and characters and played with the ACU colours to create this broad explanation of the service using common topics of confusion.
