36 Days of Type is a project that invites creatives from all over the world to express their point of view on the letters and numbers of the English alphabet.

Participants are challenged to create something every day. The project aims to be a space for creation around typography and its endless possibilities.

The best part of the project for me is getting to see how many different interpretations there can be of the same thing. It really helps highlight different perspectives on a single platform.

For the 5th edition of 36 Days of Type I decided to go with the theme of nostalgia-particularly focussing on my childhood growing up in India. It ranged from the toys I played with, food I used to devour or even objects I was surrounded by. I tried to work with a variety of mediums and kept a very 'playful' approach to the whole project.
